Minutes:



*        Opens - none

*        OFED 4.17 RC2 readiness

?  RC1 test status:

o   VMware ready, Broadcom still working on critical bugs, Chelsio will update release notes by tomorrow.

?  Known critical/blocking issues:

o   2695 bnxt_re, RH7.4 system crashed on trying to open default_roce_mode in rdma_cm path

?  Broadcom will retry on latest daily build, keep Vlad in loop if problem is not isolated to bnxt_re.

o   2694 bnxt_re, SLES12.3 errors in dmesg in iSER target while running read traffic

?  Broadcom gave ok to release RC2 with this issue, defer and add release note for this bug.

o   2691 nvmeof- RH7.5 connecting to NVMe-oF subsystem crashes - disable backports?

?  Broadcom agreed to try Nvme backports on bnxt_re.

o   2690 SRP - RH7.5 kernel panic while scanning SRP targets -  disable backports

?  Vlad agreed to take another look and work on fix (2-3 days)

*        RC2 release update - Group will try to wrap up mid-week this week, end of week at latest.

o   Note:  Vlad is going on vacation Dec 15th until Jan 4th.
