[ewg] OFED 4.17 backporting efforts - please provide status.

We faced an issue with ”OFED-4.17-20180608-1532.tgz” on 4.17rc5 kernel - compilation failed with latest build.

                from /var/tmp/OFED_topdir/BUILD/compat-rdma-4.17/drivers/infiniband/core/packer.c:37:
/var/tmp/OFED_topdir/BUILD/compat-rdma-4.17/include/rdma/ib_verbs.h:55:30: fatal error: linux/blk-iopoll.h: No such file or directory
#include <linux/blk-iopoll.h>

But initial build ”OFED-4.17-20180502-1140.tgz” works for 4.17rc5 kernel.

With some modifications to OFED-4.17-20180502-1140.tgz for qedr we could run on 4.17rc5
We need to submit the patches.

We’re a little behind on the 7.5 backports.
