The OpenIB Alliance is holding its first Development Workshop at The
Lodge at Sonoma from Febrary 6-8, 2005. The program will start at 6 PM
Sunday evening and end by 5PM on the 8th.

Everyone interested in the work of the OpenIB Alliance is invited.

Please set aside these dates. We apologize for the short notice. More
details are forthcoming.

The program will have these major elements:
     * developers describing the kernel-level software submitted to
       kernel.org and its current status;
     * developers discussing the proposed architecture and plans for
       additional modules to complete a full Lunux open software stack for
       enterprise and high performance computing deployments including
       underlying capabilities for Infiniband and other RDMA architectures such
       as IT-API, DAT, and iWARP;
     * customers, vendors and developers discussing their requirements
       and road map for the OpenIB software development, quality assurance and
       distribution beginning in 2005 for subsequent inclusion in Linux
       distributions and integrated into products and systems such as servers,
       blades, clusters and data center infrastructures;
     * the DOE Labs and their partners describing the OpenIB PathForward
       project -

registration, provide more details of the program, enable room reservations
