[openib-general] [PATCH] kDAPL no need to cast kmalloc()'s return

This patch removes the cast before kmalloc(). It also makes sure to
check the return of kmalloc() -- was missing in one spot in
dapl_ep_connect.c. Make the NULL check (relatively) consistent across
the code.
