Where are you looking? The sample at 

https://openib.org/svn/gen2/trunk/src/userspace/dapl/doc/dat.conf

doesn't point to 64-bit libraries.

The system administrator is supposed to edit this file with the 
correct values.

The ia_name field (e.g. OpenIB-cma)? This is the name that the system 
administrator wishes the provider to use for it's IA.
