I had to add the following string to the parameters that are echo'ed to
'/sys/class/infiniband_srp/..../add_target', to get it to work with the
Silverstorm SRP targets:

"....,initiator_ext=0000000000000001"

I have absolutely no idea what test setup you are using, but maybe that,
or something similar, works for you as well? 

I haven't tried HA, just been sticking to the basics.
