[ofa-general] [PATCH] IB/libipathverbs - update license field in libipathverbs.spec

Update the license field to match the exact format given in
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/LicensingGuidelines
for a package available under a choice of GPL or BSD license.
