Roland, after reviewing libcxgb, I believe the changes done in 1.2.x for 
peer2peer support (and 6.0 fw) are actually backwards compatible to 
5.0.  So I can create a 1.2.2 which will support 5.x and 6.x firmware.  
But ofed-1.3.1 has shipped with 1.2.1 and will require 6.0.
