[ofa-general] [ANNOUNCE] chelsio libcxgb3 version 1.2.1 released

That would be great.  I'm not that concerned about OFED 1.3.x but I don't
feel good about updating my Debian/Ubuntu packages for libcxgb3 until there
is a version that can work with both 5.x and 6.x firmware, since I can't
really guess which kernel the package will be used with.
