IMO this is more important on the SA client side as opposed to the SA
side even though it's new compliance (and untested in compliance
testing).

This is a known issue with stock OFED-1.2 or earlier saquery but fixed
in OFED 1.3. That's the only affected place in OpenFabrics AFAIK.
