Ok. Let's try to summarize.

1. We have pretty generic plugin interface right now and users may use
it as they want (including routing engines obviously). If improvements
are needed in this area (such as plugin(s) reload on the fly or any
other) let's go ahead and do it.

2. I don't see why we need yet another plugin interface specific to
routing engines - (1) should be good enough for such purposes.

3. Regardless to above I don't think that we as open source community
should support any sort of "proprietary additions". Yes, it is allowed
for third parties, but it is not our charter.
