[libfabric-users] New Libfabric Wiki Page: Common OFI Mistakes to Avoid

Hello all,

This morning I created a new wiki page on the libfabric GitHub to document common mistakes and misunderstandings when using libfabric. As of now, it only has a single issue on requirements for binding completion queues to endpoints. I encourage both the developers and users of libfabric to contribute to it if you come across common stumbling blocks.
