[nvmewin] Solution/Project Files Released

Hi all,

 

I had checked in the release 1.2 associated Visual Studio 2012
solution/project files for your references. You may find them under
~\releases\revision_1.2\nvme directory.

In addition, I also updated ~\releases\revision_1.2\readme.txt
accordingly and you may find more details from it.
