[nvmewin] Win7 x86 NVMe compiled driver is old version

In the Windows 7 storage stack, there is no UNMAP CDB sent down from the
class driver.  That's only in Windows 8 and above.

Hi, the version of the compiled NVMe driver for Win7 x86 is actually 
v1.3.0 and not v1.4.0.
It for example seems to lack TRIM support.
