[Ofa_boardplus] XWG agenda 8/11

Hi Susan,

I cannot make it today.

I have a question regrading the status of that XWG meeting.  Can we make
sure to make/vote decisions which require Board Membership status only at
the monthly Board meeting, or via email (and not at XWG meetings)? I am
afraid I cannot make all these XWG meetings, since happening quite late in
the evening my time. Many thanks for your understanding.

Please notice I am now using an official OFA mailing list - which includes
the ofaboard and ofaplus membership from the LANL addresses.
If this catches everyone - we can start using it.

Attached please find the agenda and minutes from the 7/14 meeting.
At this time we have no minutes from the 8/4 meeting.
( no worries Chris, I know we are all busy )
