[Ofa_boardplus] December Board meeting has been rescheduled

Pursuant to the email discussion in November, and the discussion at the last XWG, December's Board meeting has been rescheduled to next Thursday, 12/13/2018 at 10:00am PST.  This will take the place of the currently scheduled XWG meeting and will use the logistics for that XWG meeting, repeated here for convenience:
