Hi Paul,

I have been called into Frontier project meeting for the rest of the day and I will not be able to attend.

My thoughts on the budget slides:


  *   The workshop should strive to be self-funding, but
     *   if not, covering small overruns is entirely appropriate
  *   What else is the money used for other than the ED position?
  *   Regarding the ED position:
     *   We can fund the ED for a few years and deplete the fund but then what?
     *   We are funding the ED because:
        *   We do not have a volunteer for treasurer?
        *   The previous chair needed assistance and did not get volunteers?
