[Ofa_boardplus] Filling the IWG co-chair slot

One thing I’ve been thinking of suggesting is that the charters of the working groups be reviewed annually. John Byrne has taken on the task of writing a first draft of the membership section of the new Bylaws. I’m confident that any outstanding issues will be brought to the XWG for discussion and to the Board for ratification.
