[Ofa_boardplus] Recommendation re; Huawei for Thursday/s (6/20/19) Board Meeting

This is notice that this important item will be on the agenda for Thursday's Board meeting.  There is no voteable item included at this time, following discussion of the issue on Thursday, a motion will be solicited from the floor for Board action.
OFA's counsel, Brad Biddle will attend, as will Huawei's representatives.  If needed, Huawei will be asked to remove themselves from the meeting prior to the formal role call vote.
