[Ofa_boardplus] Treasurer's report for April

I'm sorry this is so late, the financial statements didn't come to me until
today:

The big development this month was the payment of $60,000 to UNH-IOL for
“accumulated expenses” to the point of our contract cancellation. The
consequences are obvious in our financial statements.



We went from a net income of $46,950 in March to a loss of -$79,115, for a
YTD result of
-$32,183.



Our cash position has declined from $465,393 to $417,770.



Our accumulated surplus declined from $285,727 to $206,612.



Comments/questions are more than welcome, whether to me or the group. I’ll
send the actual report to anyone who wants to see it.
