[Ofa_boardplus] Tomorrow's XWG meeting is cancelled

We had hoped to have the results of the internal legal review in time to begin the Promoter member review beginning tomorrow, 11/7/19.  In conversations with our counsel this week it's clear that that is not going to happen.  We have been told by our counsel that the format, objectives, and approach taken in our rewrite of the Bylaws are very clear and well thought-out, nevertheless counsel felt that there are sections that would benefit from a reformulation.  We have asked them to proceed as they proposed, and now expect to receive the reviewed document back by early next week.
