Greetings – I am travelling this week, but we will nevertheless have an informal XWG meeting.  The meeting will be chaired by either Doug Ledford or Michael Aguilar.  The purpose is to allow for any comments or discussion that may arise.  There are no other agenda items for this week.  The draft has been sent to the OFA’s lawyer who is currently reviewing it; he has said that he expects to be able to complete his review in time for us to begin the Promoter Member review next Thursday, depending of course on the impact of the legal review.

We may need an off-cadence “Board meeting” next Thursday in order to approve the beginning of the Promoter Member review.
