[Ofa_boardplus] Upcoming XWG meetings

Given the focus on completing the Bylaws task, and given the lack of agenda items requiring XWG discussion, tomorrow's XWG meeting is CANCELLED.
As a heads' up, in the coming weeks some XWG meetings may similarly be cancelled, in favor of driving the Bylaws work to closure.
