[Ofa_boardplus] Tomorrow's XWG meeting is cancelled

As always, I'm committed to making the best use of peoples' time, including cancelling unneeded meetings.
The thumbnail sketch of the projects under development I circulated with last week's cancellation notice remains accurate.

Ps - the Bylaws team will meet at its regularly scheduled time 11-12PM PDT.  The agenda will be to close on the new proposed IPR policy.
