[Ofa_boardplus] Today's XWG Meeting canceled

We delayed in case we heard back from the attorney in time, but that didn't happen, so we're canceling today's meeting.  We will likely have a meeting next week, and if we are lucky, we will have much to discuss prior to this month's Board meeting.
