There are no duplicate board seats.  Redhat/IBM is represented by Bernard Metzler and Cray/HPE is represented by John Byrne.

From RedHat/IBM perspective, I was kidding.
RedHat became part of IBM, so we have just one Board seat representing both, which is an IBM seat, officially.
