First, and most important, I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

Last year, we discussed the imperative to move some of our key initiatives along more quickly.  In that spirit, we decided to devote the January 2nd XWG meeting to a discussion on the plans for 're-imagining' the Interop program.  Doug Ledford will be leading that discussion.  Given that it's the first day back to work for many of us, this will be a rather informal meeting.
