  1.  Doug Ledford will be presenting details on the current strategy and direction for the new Interop program.
     *   This is shaping up to be an extremely valuable program offered by the OFA for the benefit of the community at large.
  2.  Setup discussion for an upcoming vote on the OFA budget for 2020.  We are facing some tough choices for 2020.
