[Ofa_boardplus] XWG meeting today is cancelled...

I'm sorry Jim, I thought I saw a cancellation of the meeting come through a day or so ago, so I didn't say anything here expecting that it was already done.  If I was incorrect about that, my apologies.  I know I don't have the meeting in my calendar at this point in time.
