[Ofa_boardplus] Holding a special Board meeting this week

[Doug Ledford]

We're going to have this Board meeting a week early so that we can
vote on whether or not to take the 2022 workshop back to virtual.  The
turnout at SC21 was very telling, and people may not be ready to get
back to normal by March 2022.
