[Ofa_boardplus] VOTE - OFA/SNIA/DMTF Trilateral work register

[Doug Ledford]

We have 5 votes "Yes".  That constitutes both a quorum and a passing
vote since we have 9 promoter members at this time.  People may still
cast their votes, but the outcome is set at this point.  Phil, you may
pass on that the trilateral work register has been approved to SNIA
and DMTF when you next talk to them.
