[Ofa_boardplus] This week's Board meeting

We'll discuss the following items:
1) SC22 turnout
2) Working Groups end of year update
3) Financial end of year update and some predictions for the upcoming year
4) Discuss the potential of taking the workshop virtual again due to
companies not having travel budget next year, and possibly a vote on the
issue
