[Ofa_boardplus] No XWG meeting this week

[Doug Ledford]

Part of the leadership team is out this week for vacation (a part that was
highly involved with the workshop), and we would like to do a post- mortem
of the 2022 OFA Workshop at the next XWG, so we are putting it off until
next week when everyone can be there.
