[Ofa_boardplus] Meeting invites for XWG/Board meetings

Hi everyone,

You might have noticed the meeting cancellation notices coming through your
inbox.  I'm currently deleting and remaking the meeting invites for all of
the XWG and Board meetings.  This is mainly because they were made under a
different WebEx account than my own, so I kept having to log out of my
account and into another account in order to cancel a single meeting, then
log back out and back into my account.  Just annoying.  Then on top of
that, the 4th Thursday invite had expired/gotten lost and needed recreated
anyway.  So, I'm making all new invites that are good for the calendar year
and will remake new ones next year.  We don't have anything to discuss this
week, so I'll still be canceling today's meeting, but we will probably have
an XWG next week followed by a Board meeting the week after with an intent
to discuss how to handle the next Bylaws vote next Thursday and a vote to
proceed with the Bylaws vote the week after.

Thanks everyone, I hope you had a refreshing break and are ready to go for
the new year!  Now that we are ready to proceed with the Bylaws, a lot of
opportunities for getting things done will open up.  See you all next week!
