[Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for todays Board meeting: Votable item on the agenda

After last week's XWG meeting, the Proposed IPR Policy was sent to this
list.  We intend to vote on that policy today if possible.  Pursuant to our
new Bylaws and General Policies that require 72 hours notice on votable
items, notice that this item would potentially be voted on today was
supplied both in that email and in the minutes from last weeks XWG
meeting.  Please plan to attend if it all possible.

Agenda attached.  Also reattaching the proposed IPR Policy.
