  *   A motion was made to approve the XWG minutes from February 16, 2023.  The motion was made by Michael Aguilar (Sandia) and seconded by John Byrne (HPE).





4.      Final update from TPC prior to April OFA Workshop

  *   Up to 20 standard sessions.



5.      Status of termination letters sent to non-responsive members



  *   Going well.  We are awaiting 5 payments and we are getting positive responses from the stragglers.
  *   We need to get them paid up and in the vote.



6.      Proposal to re-hold vote from Jan/Feb

  *   We will revisit holding the vote in April.
  *   We need to vocalize the importance of the members

  1.  Quick run-down of the OFMF and projected importance to the OFMF and to the industry
     *   It appears that the OFMF can be the main component in future CDI systems.
