[Ofa_boardplus] Minutes from this week's Board meeting

Unfortunately, we did not reach quorum and so could not conduct business.

Items of note:

Unofficial results of the bylaws vote:
Promoter members: 6 of 8 Yes
Adopter members: 2 of 3 Yes
Supporter members: 1 of 1 Yes
Bylaws are passed

Nominations:
Chair - Doug Ledford nominates himself to continue as Chair
Secretary - Michael Aguilar nominates himself to continue as Secretary

We will hold an off cadence Board meeting next week in order to pursue
the necessary policy changes now that the bylaws have passed.
