[Ofa_boardplus] Next week's XWG meeting

We want to convert this to an off-cadence Board meeting instead.  We would
like to review and potentially approve signing a new MOU with another
industry organization.  I'll get the agenda out next week, but this is
pre-notice of converting the XWG meeting into an off-cadence Board meeting.
