5PM Eastern is generally OK for me.
Consider that Japan no longer observes DST changes, so during the year the time differential will change Sun Nov 3 by 1 hour, making this a 4pm Eastern meeting for Nov 3 2024 to March 9 2025, and then 5pm for the 2025 DST period.

After talking with Jin, he indicated that something in the 5 or 6pm EST would be a comfortable time for him to attend without needing to stay up until 2am. I would suggest the 5pm EST slot as I know a lot of people need to be offline when that time slot ends, and I think even that will mean Bernard would have to stay up until 10 or 11pm his time. So, I'm asking people to respond back here whether or not they would be able to make the shift to 5pm EST for the regular meetings (both XWG and Board).
Thanks,
Doug

I could make 5PM EST most weeks.
Phil Cayton.
