[Ofa_boardplus] Doodle poll for possible change to OFA Board and XWG time slot

The results of the poll show that the best possible meeting time moving
forward is 9am EST.  I'm going to move our Board meeting this week to that
time slot and we'll give it a go.  I know this presents a problem for Chris
and Matt, I'm hoping we can find a workaround specifically for them (Nathan
can stand in for Matt, but we don't have an alternate for Chris).

Thanks to everyone for being willing to be flexible on this.
