[Ofa_boardplus] No Board meeting this week

This will probably mean it’s cancelled for this month, but we reserve the right to hold an off cadence Board meeting should a need arise.  Currently, myself and Phil are both out, and summer vacations traditionally make these months slow.  So it is entirely possible we won’t have a Board meeting until next month.
