[Ofa_boardplus] Meeting churn

Sorry to everyone for the recent meeting churn.  We decided to move the Board meetings back to 3rd Thursday and had two competing schedules, where one was for a Board on the 1st Thursday and the other for a Board on the 3rd Thursday.  You should now show no meeting for today and a Board on the 20th.  The Board for today and the XWG on the 20th have both been cancelled (their entire series was cancelled).
