[Openframeworkwg] revisiting the OFWG name

I never said that libfabric wasn't a good name ;-)

However, it is easy for one to think that the output of a group called "Open Fabrics Alliance" is to produce an "Open Fabrics Interface" that is instantiated by a library called "libfabric".
