[ofiwg] Name change

The Openframework Working Group mail reflector at OpenFabrics has been
changed to ofiwg at openfabrics.org to reflect the new name of the group. The
OFWG downloads directory has also been changed to OFIWG. I'm sending this
to 1) let list users know and 2) to check it all works correctly. If you're
getting this email, it means the list reflector is working correctly. If
you were subscribed to the previous list, you're on the newly named list.
