[ofiwg] Will the group communication (multicast) be added back to OFI API?

The short answer is, yes, multicast support will be added back into the libfabric APIs.  We just need to come up with a solution that doesn't impact the existing code paths, or agree that any impact to those paths are acceptable.

We can bring this up for discussion in the next ofiwg.  Though it would help if there were a couple of proposals available that could be considered.
