Yes, that is correct -- as of now, the nightly snapshot tarballs are still on the www.openfabrics.org web server.  It's certainly easier to keep them there, because the tarballs are generated on that machine, and then just cp'ed to the final directory (such that they appear in the right place under http://www.openfabrics.org).

Speaking of which, now that v1.3.0 has been released, we need to update that to start putting them in http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/ofiwg/nightly_tarballs/v1.3.x/.  I'll go do that.

There's [fabtests|libfabric]-latest.tar.[bz2|gz] in the v1.2.x directory (and will be in the v1.3.x directory) that is updated each night a new nightly snapshot is put in the directory.  Is that sufficient for your needs?
