[ofiwg] FreeBSD support for libfabric and fabtests

Libfabric and fabtests have been ported to FreeBSD. Both compile and run with the sockets and udp providers on FreeBSD 10.2-i386 on a VirtualBox VM. If anyone has access to a real FreeBSD system, I would appreciate help in testing the build/install/execution of the code and reporting back with the results.

Travis CI does not support FreeBSD, so testing of FreeBSD will be sporadic for now. Maybe one of the vendors can add FreeBSD testing to their integration testing?

Solaris support is still underway. But like FreeBSD will be done within a VM, unless someone (anyone?) wants to jump on adding Solaris support first.
