[ofiwg] Disabled nightly v1.1.x builds

With the addition of fi_trywait, the fabtests master is no longer buildable with the v1.1.x libfabric branch.

For simplicity (i.e., so we don't have to make a v1.1.x branch for fabtests), and since we haven't done anything on the v1.1.x branch in a while, I've disabled the nightly build of the v1.1.x branch.
