[ofiwg] cancel ofiwg for 11/15?

With SC next week, it probably makes sense to cancel the ofiwg for 11/15, and resume on 11/29.  Are there any issues that should not wait until then?

If not, and until then, this pull request contains API changes being staged for the 1.5 release:

This makes for great reading.  More changes are likely, but all will eventually be discussed in the ofiwg before finalizing.
