[ofiwg] Upcoming OFI meetings for OFIWG and DS/DA

DS/DA - due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, let's cancel the DS/DA meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 11/22.  Next meeting will be Tuesday, 12/6/16

OFIWG - plan to meet as scheduled the week following Thanksgiving on 11/29/16.  Don't be shy about sending agenda suggestions.
